Yes. You can create your company and use attendance, leave, holidays and the employee directory free. Upgrade when you need payroll, field staff or the other modules.
Employees and managers use the TezzHR app on Android and iPhone: check in and out, apply for leave, see payslips, raise helpdesk tickets and approve team requests. Everything also works in the browser.
HR enrols one clear face photo per employee. At check-in the app takes a selfie, turns it into a face descriptor and the server compares it with the enrolled photo. A punch that does not match is refused, and every punch keeps its photo and location for review.
Only if you allow it. Office staff can be limited to a radius around their office or branch. Field staff and approved work-from-home days are exempt, and every punch still records where it happened.
PF, ESI, Professional Tax (state slabs) and monthly TDS under the old or new regime, plus the PF ECR file and Form 16.
Yes. Anyone who has people reporting to them gets a My Team section on the web and in the app, with leave, attendance correction, overtime and appraisal requests for their team.
