We built TezzHR to fix that without making HR teams learn an enterprise system. Staff check in from their phone with a selfie and location. Leave is applied and approved in the app. Payroll is calculated from real attendance with Indian statutory rules built in. Field teams log their visits as they go.
What we believe
HR software should save time on day one, not after a three-month rollout. It should be honest - every punch keeps its photo and location, every change keeps a trail. And it should work for the person on the shop floor or the road as well as for the HR manager at a desk.
